Our Executive Chef, Kristen Caroselli, is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. She received an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in May 2014 and then went on to pursue a Culinary Degree.
She went on to learn pastry under World Renowned chefs in France for two months. In May 2016 she received her Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Nutrition, specializing in Product Research and Development.
Chef Kristin is very enthusiastic about food and loves everything about it. She continues to bring innovative flavor profiles to R. Davidson Chophouse and is excited to present her vision to you and all of our guests.
